This concept was created to reflect the Vietnamese lifestyle and inspired by the first immigrants to arrive in Thailand. Settling in the Kong river area of Nakhon Phanom province. Vietnamese immigrants were awarded Thai nationality status. As a result, they became a significant group in the Northeastern provinces for our economy, society and way of life.This was also the beginning of Vietnamese culture in Thailand with significant impacts. Through architecture with the Ho Chi Minh House and the Vietnamese Memorial Clock Tower. Also with lifestyle and traditional Vietnamese cooking styles bringing us for example the Vietnamese Pork Sausage and Vietnamese Spring Rolls etc. These recipes were passed on from generation to generation and this precious combination of the two nationalities authentic food is recreated in our “LaoYuan by Tummour” restaurants today.
