    An architectural beauty from the mind of carpenters of ancient days of Ayutthaya, each corner of the pagoda is recessed into another 3 corners to make a twelve-recessed pagoda. The most-well known sample is Wat Phu Khao Tong pagoda in Ayutthaya.

    Traditional arts and crafts used in royal ceremony or religious worship, using form and shape of lotus flower mixed with weaving techniques into golden petals to reflect the golden era of the culture.

Glowing Damask Rose Garden Promotional area 1 in front of Starbucks, G Fl. Damask Rose or “Yee Sun” in Ayutthaya era was believed to be a flower King Naresuan brought back after defeating other cities. It’s known to be the queen of aromatic scent, and during important festivals, some would use these roses as body décor. The petals are often used in cooking or tea making.





  4. “Oo-Khao” Fertile land reflecting charms of community Feature point, G Fl. Ploennakorn side 
    The area imitates the space under a traditional Thai house which is used for keeping things and raising animals. The famous loincloth, a well-known product of Ayutthaya, is presented around the buffalo sculpture, local basketry, wooden deck furniture and colorful haystacks that will give you a fresh perspective towards the olden days of living.

Parking Area side A reproduction image of riverside living and cultures, back in the days when people of Ayutthaya all live their lives near Chaophraya river, Pasuk river, Lopburi river, and Noi river. Reflecting their lives is a design with a large fish coup and lotus leaves.   12. “Ayutthaya” typo installation Phranakorn entrance, Ayodhaya Rd.  “Ayutthaya” the wording is made into a 3D installation, using the same mechanics as garland making. Coming in a shape of familiar flowers such as crown flowers, cape gardenia, and jasmine around a thin core to form dimensions, a play on lights and shadows create a different atmosphere during day and night.



  13. Textile Room Cultural Space, G Fl. “Lai-Yang Textile” is a printed textile during Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin era. It is designed in the Siamese court and sent for print in India, therefore the name “Lai-Yang” which means “do as designed” in Thai.
